5 out of 5 starsHsinyi is a fabulous artist. I wanted to surprise my friend with a personalized water colour painting that has a special meaning for her 40th birthday. Hsinyi was great to communicate with and followed my very specific instructions to execute the painting. She first sent a pencil sketch, asked me if I wanted any edits or changes (I only had minor adjustments - it was pretty much perfect already. She is very detail oriented). Once I approved it, she went off to paint it with water color. I was so impressed with how beautiful the print turned out. Most importantly, my friend said it was one of the most beautiful gifts she had ever received. I had such a great experience working with Hsinyi I’m considering getting something commissioned for myself! I highly recommend Hsinyi!

I don’t have a PayPal account, can I still make the payment with my credit card?
Yes. You don’t need a PayPal account, you can use your credit card via their service without needing an account, or creating an account. Click on “Pay with PayPal“ then click “Pay with a debit or credit card, …” section below if you don’t have a PayPal account and want to proceed with paying using your credit card or debit card. You can ignore PayPal login process in this case.
How to print the digital files as art prints?
You can simply print on your home printer, or a local printing service such as Walgreen's, CVS, Target, Costco, etc.
If you plan to use a professional printer, I recommend Prints of Love. My shop has partnered with them to offer fast, high quality yet affordable printing. Plus free 2-3 day U.S. shipping and free envelopes!

What info do I need to provide for my portrait order?
Please provide the info below to my email: starfolioart@gmail.com
1. A few clear photos of the people or with their pets (include one facing forward full body, and one close up half body).
2. Describe their eye color, hair color and hair style, height, pose and outfits (attach photos if you prefer any certain look).
3. Characteristics of the people and/or pets in the portrait. (not necessary, but would be helpful).
Am I able to see any process pic or request adjustments before the portrait is finished?
Yes. Before the final watercolor painting, a rough pencil draft will be drawn for your approval. Please get back to me within 2 days to approve the sketch or give me any feedback and adjustments you may have. You may request two adjustment to the sketch. (Further edits will require extra fees, US$5 each time)
My timeframe is tight. Can you finish the order in a shorter time?
Yes. I accept rush orders, depending on my current workload. Please contact me for availability and additional fees before purchasing.
